Welcome to the homepage of the charitable foundation home “Sails of Hope” (Parusa Nadezhdy), which was founded by the Church of God “Good News” (Dobraya Vest). We are glad you came to visit us!

For 10 years we have been working with street children, orphans and families in poverty and need in the city of Slavyansk in the East of Ukraine. Our vision is to give every child in our city (and country) a chance to live and be brought-up in a healthy and happy family.

The core of our ministry is the children home “Sails of Hope” in which over the course of 10 years more than 200 children have found refuge in difficult life circumstances.

We are working in three main directions:

• Preventive work: We support families in difficult life circumstances, to keep them from falling apart;

• Restoring of broken families;

• Finding new families for children, whose parents died or were deprived of their parental rights.
